we make healthy food, not “health Food.”

Ritual was born from the notion that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice anything in order to be good to your body. Too often, people give up delicious flavors in the pursuit of health. We don’t think it has to be that way.

At Ritual, we start with fresh ingredients because we think they taste better. We work with local farmers, source fresh fish right off the docks, and insist on grass-fed meat and dairy. Our in-house team of chefs from Michelin star restaurants, a coveted underground supper club, and a gourmet food magazine craft recipes designed to capture these ingredients in their best light.

Using exotic herbs and spices, restauarant preparations, and plenty of citrus, we amp up the flavor of our recipes without relying on unhealthy fats, refined sugar, or excessive sodium. By making all of our sauces, dressings, and condiments in-house, we’re able to keep them pure and free of preservatives and additives that none of us know how to spell.

We strive for purity and commit to transparency. To that end, we source from fair and sustainable purveyors according to the following principles:
